CEO - Michael Farnsworth

CEO, Michael Farnsworth pioneered the first ever mass producible rainwater harvesting system in the UK. His studies at Nottingham Trent University inspired him to learn more about sustainable building design. After graduation, Michael spent many years developing his knowledge in the business world. His role as CEO means he is responsible for setting overall vision and ensuring we continue to innovate our diverse range of rainwater harvesting, greywater recycling and attenuation products. Managing Director - Lisa Craven

Managing Director, Lisa Farnsworth has been at Stormsaver since day one! Passionate about her business, product and team, Lisa won the accolade of Nottinghamshires Most Inspirational Business Woman of the Year. But it's not all about awards... Lisa spends her time meeting with key clients, motivating both the Commercial and Maintenance teams as well as managing the strategy, finances and marketing efforts for Stormsaver.

Lisa also makes the tea, puts the bins out and will turn her hand to whatever job needs doing. Here we find out more about Lisa and why she has dedicated the last 20 years of her life to rainwater harvesting.

Sales Director - Julian Diprose

Julian, our Sales Director joined our team back in 2008 as a Technical Estimator. Soon after, Julian stepped into the role of Commercial Sales Manager. His time in this role was highly successful with him working on many prestigious projects throughout the UK. Julian not only lives and breathes Stormsaver, but he is also renowned in the rainwater harvesting industry for providing technical solutions to almost any problem. He is talented, passionate, and above all, caring. In 2023, we were proud to offer Julian a position in our directorship team where he continues to push Stormsaver forward.

Technical Director - Gary Scullion

Gary Scullion is Stormsaver's Technical Director and has been with Stormsaver since 2008. Gary has, over the years become a complete "rainwater geek" and there isn't a design solution for rainwater harvesting that he has failed to come up with something for.

Gary has become an expert in our industry and he is a key part of the team. He supports every single person in the business and his calm manner and product knowledge helps us to come up with solutions for our client quickly and efficiently.

As a Partner and Director, Gary has a huge interest in making sure our clients are well looked after so is always open to call's if you need him.

Lola the Cockapoo

 

Lola, our office dog, is an instrumental part of Stormsaver. Not only does she bring a wealth of experience in finding the best snack, but she is always on hand to provide support. Lola is often found visiting each team to see who will give her snacks, she also enjoys her daily lunch time walks. Her fun, lively personality makes her the perfect office dog.

Roxy the Cavapoo

Roxy the Cavapoo is our office dog and Team Storm mascot! Ever vigilant she always lets us know when the postman is arriving and delivery drivers are at the door. She can often be found asleep on Marta's desk or running up and down the office at lunchtime searching for who has the best lunch.

Roxy has her own hashtag #roxythecavapoo and regularly features on our social media. She is a calm, mostly sleepy pooch who lifts the spirits of the whole team and helps to make Stormsaver a fun and relaxing place to work. It is well known that dogs promote a good sense of well being and can improve mental health and so she is an important part of our team.
