We were approached by a leading developer of large commercial warehouses who had a focus on sustainability as well as a planning requirement to reduce their impact on the surrounding environment. The developer was able to take advantage of our free rainwater harvesting consultancy service to enquire which would be the best system to meet their site planning requirements. Drawing upon 20 years of industry knowledge, our commercial team proposed two separate systems for the site, each based on individual building requirements.

These systems comprised of our popular combi systems, recommended for commercial properties where there is limited space high up in the building. Our combi system has the advantage of being a self-contained unit which is the easiest system to install from a construction point of view.

We also supplied two underground rainwater storage tanks to the site, the first being a 3000L capacity tank, and the second being 5000L capacity. This bespoke solution allowed the client to operate each building in isolation as opposed to one integrated system. This was an important requirement from the client due to each commercial unit having different tenants upon site completion.
