Greg first came to us in 2016/2017 as a placement student from Nottingham Trent University, Product Design course; the same course that our Chairman studied on over 20 years ago.

Greg had a spark and drive that we felt we couldn't do without and so we offered him a job with us once he graduated, which he did with 1st class honours. He brings enthusiasm and great ideas to the team and it is good to have him here permanently now.

Luke is currently on his years placement with us from Nottingham Trent University where he is studying Product Design. The same course our founder, Michael Farnsworth studied many years ago. Luke impressed us so much at the interview stage with his excellent computer aided design skills, that we knew we would be a great addition. His passion for technical design, eagerness to learn and attention to detail makes him the perfect addition to our busy design team. We are sure that he will have a great year with us and we look forward to helping grow his skills.

Rainwater Harvesting production teamLukas, our Production Assistant, joined our production team in Autumn 2022. Having completed his Higher National Diploma in electronics, Lukas was keen to apply his skills in the workplace. Lukas initially joined us on a two-week work trial where he impressed us so much with his desire to learn all things rainwater harvesting that we knew he had to have him. Production Assistant - Tom

Son of Lisa and Michael Farnsworth, our directors, Tom has developed a natural passion for all things engineering over the years. He recently joined our busy production team in June 2021 upon receiving fantastic A Level results from Sixth Form. His role as a workshop assistant, where he is responsible for building our electrical panels, allows him to gain the necessary skills required to thrive in any technical role in the future. Tom is embarking on his new adventure at Loughborough University to study mechanical engineering but continues to work with us in the workshop on a part-time basis.
