Responsible for manufacturing our rainwater harvesting systems, our production team work in our on-site workshop facility to ensure our customers receive systems which are of the highest standard. David, our workshop technician, has been with our team since November 2021. Upon starting with us it was clear David had a natural technical ability which he had developed over his career. David has bought a wealth of experience in mechanical and electrical assembly to the production team. He has been keen to learn about the rainwater harvesting industry and our products.
Adam, our production technician, joined our team in 2022 from a background in the military. Upon joining the team, Adam quickly established himself as a key member of our busy production team. His eye for detail, uncompromising attitude towards delivering excellent quality and ability to learn quickly makes him ideal for the role. He takes pride in his work and always strives to get the job done on time. We are confident Adam will have a long and fruitful career with us and we look forward to watching him grow as a rainwater harvesting expert.
Lukas, our Production Assistant, joined our production team in Autumn 2022. Having completed his Higher National Diploma in electronics, Lukas was keen to apply his skills in the workplace. Lukas initially joined us on a two-week work trial where he impressed us so much with his desire to learn all things rainwater harvesting that we knew he had to have him. His enthusiasm and positive attitude makes him the perfect addition to our growing team. We are confident Lukas will have a long and prosperous career with us.
Son of Lisa and Michael Farnsworth, our directors, Tom has developed a natural passion for all things engineering over the years. He recently joined our busy production team in June 2021 upon receiving fantastic A Level results from Sixth Form. His role as a workshop assistant, where he is responsible for building our electrical panels, allows him to gain the necessary skills required to thrive in any technical role in the future. Tom is embarking on his new adventure at Loughborough University to study mechanical engineering but continues to work with us in the workshop on a part-time basis.
