We check pressure levels within pressure vessels, clean the mains water solenoid valve, and service water meter filters. This keeps components in good working order for consistent performance.
Control Panel Testing
We test that pumps switch on and off correctly and data logs are accurate. This ensures the whole system runs smoothly and problems are spotted early.
UV Disinfection Maintenance

To prepare for your rainwater harvesting service visit, make sure our engineers can easily access your control panel, storage tank (including underground tanks), and any manhole covers. Please keep these areas clear, allocate a parking space nearby, and check for a call or email from our scheduling team with your confirmed date. If you have a pressurised rainwater harvesting system, be aware toilets may be temporarily unavailable during servicing.
How long does a rainwater harvesting system service visit take?
