Design Advice Service
We work alongside leading public health and civils consultancies to help integrate rainwater harvesting, greywater recycling and smart suds systems into early-stage project designs.
This free, informal advice service provides access to 23 years of practical experience designing, installing and maintaining water reuse systems across the UK.
Our team is here to provide technical expertise and practical guidance, helping you create systems that are easy to maintain and built for long-term water efficiency. Explore our support services below.
How we help
Supporting better water reuse design
Storage tank sizing
We support sizing of the storage tank according to the detailed approach under BS 16941-1 2024 and BS 16941-2 2021. We also support with sizing of any associated break tanks.
Estimated efficiency simulations
We provide visual simulations and real-time calculations to show the forecasted efficiency of your system based on recent weather data.
2D system schematics
Access 2D schematics which are complete with dimensions, ancillary requirements, interconnecting pipework and ducting requirements.
System selection
We will support the selection of the most optimum system design for your project, based on applications, required fail-safes and ease of maintenance.
Login to our Specification Hub
We have a secure log-in portal where you can access our full technical library, including data sheets, 3D renderings, CIBSE TM65 Embodied Carbon Data and BIM models.
F2F Specification Support
Our on-the-road specification team provides face-to-face support in the early design of projects to ensure systems are implemented safely.
Best practice recommendations
With extensive experience maintaining all types and brands of systems, we know the vital fail-safes which are required to ensure supply continuity and the common mistakes to avoid.
Filtration selection
Different applications may require additional stages of mechanical filtration or biological treatment. We support selecting high efficiency, low maintenance filtration solutions.
