Initial Visit by a Senior Engineer
A highly skilled Senior Engineer will attend site to inspect your system, carry out a full health check, and familiarise themselves with your site layout. This expertise ensures potential issues are identified early.
Functional Testing
We will confirm that pumps, level sensors, and mains water back-up are all working correctly. This helps avoid unexpected failures and ensures reliable water savings.
Filtration Inspection & Cleaning
Filters will be inspected and, where safely accessible, cleaned. This supports high water quality and reduces risk of blockages or system downtime.
Component Health Check
Key components such as meters, solenoid valves, and ball valves will be dismantled, inspected, and tested. Identifying wear and tear early helps prevent costly emergency repairs.
Storage Tank Management
Submersible pumps, pipework, and electrical connections inside the storage tank will be removed and inspected. This ensures the core of your system is safe and in good working order.
Break Tank Management
A visual inspection of the break tank will confirm water quality and indicate whether a tank clean is required, helping maintain hygiene and compliance standards.
Comprehensive Report
You will receive a detailed report with images on the status of your system. This will detail any remedial actions required for safety and reliability and will be fully explained by your dedicated Account Manager.

If you would like us to maintain your rainwater harvesting system as part of a Service Plan, we will first need to complete a System Assessment. This allows us to check the operational status of your system and ensure it is safe to maintain.
- If your system is a newly commissioned Stormsaver System, this visit is not required.
- For systems we have not visited for several years, an assessment will be necessary.
If your system is no longer operational, a System Assessment is essential to identify the remedial works needed to get you saving water reliably again. Our Senior Engineers are highly experienced in finding solutions, so you can be confident that your system is in safe hands.
We also have expertise in maintaining all brands of rainwater harvesting systems, and we are happy to include these within our Service Plans. However, before doing so, we must carry out a System Assessment to confirm that the installation is safe and performing as expected.
