Over the past year, we have been working hard on plans for our next stage of growth. As part of these exciting plans, we are delighted to share our bold new vision, which sets out our blueprint for how we would like the world to look if our work is successful. “A water-secure future through water reuse” is now our refreshed and guiding vision to help drive better water efficiency in the UK.
Along with a refreshed vision, we are also launching a comprehensive set of guiding values. These are centred around the behaviours and traits we would like to embody as a business, including the values upheld by our people, products, services and processes. These include unrivalled expertise, a commitment to quality, a customer-orientated approach, and making a difference.

Why Now?
We are choosing to refresh our guiding purpose at a time when the UK Government is placing greater emphasis on water reuse as part of the wider national water efficiency strategy. Key policy drivers, including the National Standard for SuDS and changes to the Building Regulations, are influencing growth in demand for high-quality water reuse products that stand the test of time and save water for the long term.
The refreshed purpose forms part of wider plans for increased product innovation, the continuation of our long-standing partnership with Nottingham Trent University, planned investment in our people and facilities, and some exciting changes to our operating procedures. Collectively, we hope our customers will notice the difference through improved service, more innovative products, and a more efficient approach in our offering.
