No. You do not need planning permission to retrofit a rainwater harvesting system. Generally, rainwater harvesting systems are internal. Our StormStation Rainwater Harvesting System will be located in an external plant area close to the building.

We have a range of products for you, so that the system can be located externally, or internally, depending on the size of the system.

No, Rainwater Harvesting cannot be used for consumption. Rainwater Harvesting can supply many non-potable outlets including, toilets, urinals, irrigation systems and vehicle wash plants.

Above ground systems are most suited to retrofit installations. Our StormStation system is an all-in-one, plug and play rainwater harvesting system designed for retrofit installations. Unlike many rainwater harvesting systems, a StormStation does not require costly excavations for underground water storage tanks. Likewise, no additional internal plant space is required.

  1. All we need are a few, simple bits of information as we will conduct a free of charge desktop survey to measure the capture potential of the roof area on your commercial property. An initial proposal will be provided.
  2. The next stage is for one of our team to visit your site. They will consider roof drainage access points, location of points of use and any other installation requirements. A fully costed proposal will then be given. **
  3. Stormsaver can install the system using our dedicated installation engineers. Or you can use your in-house installer team.
  4. Start saving!

** There is a small charge to cover costs of the visit which is redeemable should you choose to order the system.
