Every day I continue to be delighted with the results that the Stormsaver rainwater harvesting system is delivering. I tell everyone about it! We've even made our water meter public to show how much water we save!
The new Blackheath Library utilises rainwater harvesting to flush its toilets using a Below Ground Storage Tank, Pressurised Rainwater harvesting system. Preseurised rainwater harvesting systems are recommended for buildings where roof space for a header tank is limited.
The building uses a great deal less mains water than before due to the water saving measures they have now put in place.
