Attenuation Tanks

Active Attenuation Crates

Active Attenuation Tanks

In this day and age it is extremely unlikely that your new build will not have a requirement for some sort of SUDS solution to prevent flooding and ensure that the rainwater that falls on site is dealt with properly.

Traditionally, the attenuation crate solution has been used for most sites, but today Stormsaver can offer a range of solutions including tanks and tunnels, which can often offer simpler and more effective maintenance solutions.

Stormsaver offer a simple range of attenuation tank and tunnel solutions:

  • Underground attenuation tanks up to 170,000L in one piece and can be linked in parallel
  • Underground PE Crates system
  • Underground PE Tunnel system, easy to transport and install and can be maintained
  • All of the above, but combined with rainwater harvesting and weather prediction technology to provide a joined-up solution
  • Above ground single piece or sectional attenuation tanks

Each of our attenuation solutions have their benefits and we can help you to determine which solution is best suited to your site. Our data sheets on the products are listed below, but should you have any queries (and we are certain you will) then please call our team on 0844 884 0015 and they will gladly advise you.

Our attenuation tank is used to collect all roof and surface water on site, within one vessel. It will be sized to the requirements set out by the consultant in order to attenuate all the rainwater on site and discharge this to the storm drain, or natural water course, at a rate which will not cause downstream flooding.

Stormsaver Attenuation Crates

“We have been involved in the specification and installation of Stormsaver rainwater harvesting systems now for over 10 years. Our very first experience of rainwater recovery was with the company and I remember Michael himself setting up and commissioning this system on site. What impressed me most even all those years ago was the company’s attention to detail, enthusiasm and professionalism and this has continued as the company has grown to what it is today.  We have no hesitation in saying our first call when it comes to rainwater recovery will be to Stormsaver, their prompt reaction, competitiveness and quality of equipment is second to none and they will always try to have the system fully commissioned when they leave the site.  We hope they continue the great work they have already done and we look forward to many more successful years working together to save even more water”
