Liz joined our Rainmaintain team as Sales Consultant in 2016 and was promoted to Sales Manager shortly afterwards. Liz is responsible for taking the multitude of enquiries we get each day, and turning them into contracts! She is tasked with both finding new sites with rainwater harvesting systems that need maintenance, as well as retaining our clients contracts year on year.
Liz also works with Andrew, our Senior Engineer to quote clients for upgrades to their old systems and for our tank cleaning services, which are pretty spectacular... if we do say so ourselves.
Liz is well liked by our clients who tell us that she is extremely helpful and easy to work with. Certainly, we enjoy having her bright and breezy personality in the office and she has been instrumental in helping the business to grow over the last two years
Becky has been with the team since 2017. Joining us in the maintenance department, Becky is responsible for renewing maintenance agreements for our existing clients as well as setting up agreements for new clients. Becky brings with her a whole variety of experience in customer service and sales so is the perfect person to handle sales in our expanding Rainmaintain team.
Maintenance Sales Consultant, Jaimee-Lea is part of our maintenance dream team! Jaimee's bright nature and happy smile always lift spirits in the office and we are lucky to have her as part of our team. Jaimee's passion for customer service is clear to see and she is driven to helping our business grow and thrive.
Georgia (at the time of writing) has only been with us a few days, having made the brave move to relocate from Stockport to the East Midlands. Georgia has joined our maintenance team as an estimator and is already picking up the role quickly and professionally. She has brought a real ray of sunshine into the office and is keen to learn and support what is a growing and extremely busy team and we are all really happy with her progress so far. Her willingness to learn and to fit in with a team has made her transition happen with real ease and we are sure that her future with Stormsaver will be a bright one.
Our Commissioning Engineer, Niall is one of the people you are most likely to meet in person. He will arrive on your site first thing and he will work, work, work until the job is done. Niall's work ethic has earned him many postitive testimonials on behalf of the company and he is a perfect representative of what we stand for as a business.
Niall's attention to detail and friendly approach makes him a favourite with our contracting clients. They know that with Niall on the job, things will get done on time, to a high standard and with a calm manner.
Andrew is Stormsaver's Senior Technical Engineer. Andrew has been with us for 5 years and we consistently have excellent feedback about his work ethics from our clients. Andrew started out his career with us as a commissioning engineer and now works closely with both our Commercial Sales and Maintenance teams.
Andrew is a dedicated and hard working member of our team. He has a reputation for honesty and getting the job done, no matter how long it takes and he knows that Stormsaver's reputation is a direct reflection of his work... which is why it is so very good!
James (otherwise known as Sid) is one of our team of engineers and is currently undertaking an Apprenticeship with Stormsaver. He originally started in the company as an Engineer's Assistant but over the years has proven himself to be more than capable of carrying out maintenance visits on his own.
James enthusiasm and determination to grow set a great example to other apprenctices joining our team. He is hard working and always keen to learn and his infectious sense of humour brings laughter and fun into the office on a Friday. He is a fantastic representative of Stormsaver to our clients and is well liked by both his colleagues and our customers.
Dan came to us following an interesting video interview where he was being bombarded by seagulls in the back of his van! Despite this his incredible enthusiasm and spark shone through and we knew immediately that he was made for our team. Dan brings a confidence and professionalism to his work and we have had many amazing testimonials from clients about how attentive and helpful he is on site. Dan is a true grafter and works hard to get the job done. He always has a smile on his face and tells us how much he is enjoying being part of the Stormsaver family…. Long may this continue!
Carl started with Stormsaver in 2021 as an assistant engineer and has very quickly impressed his team and our clients with his ability to learn quickly and throw himself into his work without having to be asked. He is bubbly, friendly and a wonderful team member of the team who we are sure will progress upwards through the company very quickly. His “can do” approach to assisting our engineers has made their lives much easier and we are looking forward to supporting his growth as a fully fledged part of our engineering team.
“Stormsaver has helped us to upgrade the existing rainwater harvesting system. We desperately needed support and within one month they had attended site, carried out a survey, manufactured the new control panel, and installed and commissioned the system. Together the team at Stormsaver responded quickly, understood our requirements, and worked to ensure that we had the best solution. Their knowledge and expertise have resulted in us now having a fully functional, efficient rainwater harvesting system and we would highly recommend that other clients who need their existing rainwater system upgrading, contact Stormsaver for support.”
