Project Coordinator - Jess
What is your role at Stormsaver? My role is Maintenance Project Co-ordinator. I assist in all daily aspects of the Rainmaintan team, including scheduling engineers diaries, taking phone calls, checking reports, processing orders and invoices and giving customeras advice. Also professional tea maker and biscuit provider!
How long have you been with the team? I’ve been with Stormsaver, since February 2019.
What is the part of your job that you enjoy the most? I enjoy knowing that I’m helping make a difference to the team and our targets even though I’m not directly doing sales myself, as I’ve been able to maintain our strong relationships with our customers and bring in continued business through good customer service.
What is your favourite water saving tip? Sometimes I try and time myself in the shower and then try and beat that time, to challenge myself to use as little water as necessary. And if that fails, drink more gin and less water!
What is it about rainwater harvesting that excites you? Knowing that a simple university project can make a difference to everyone from individual domestic customers to national businesses who want to do their bit to help the planet.
