Stormsaver Rainwater harvesting are working with Co-op to help them achieve a BREEAM excellent rating, at their new Castlewood distribution centre.
This is the second co-op site which has incorporated a Stormsaver system.
Emma Lambert Stormsaver senior project estimator on the co-op scheme said "We are pleased to be working with such a sustainable forward thinking company, that is amongst the world’s leading businesses tackling climate change".
The water will be used within the refrigeration plant as well as for flushing WC's in the Main Office and Warehouse. This could potentially save the company thousands of pounds per annum.
